Shipping Policy

All orders go through 1-3 days  processing time. Once shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number.

North America:         7-12 Working Days

United Kingdom:      7-9 Working Days

EU:                            7-9 Working Days

Oceanic:                   7-9 Working Days 

Rest Of The World:   7-15 Working Days

Each customer is given a 30-day satisfaction guarantee period whereby if they aren't satisfied with the product, they may return it within 30 days of purchasing.

Notes:

1. Shipping is not available for some islands of the United States, such as Hawaii, Las Vegas, and so on.
2. We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

How Do I Know That My Order Has Been Shipped?

After your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online. Not receiving notification emails is often caused by the following reasons:

1. Email went to your spam folder
2. Email is blocked by your mail server
3. Email is prevented by the filter in your account setting
4. Networking problems
5. Wrong email address

If you encounter any of the problems above, simply check your spam folder, account setting, and network and make sure our email safely goes to your inbox just in case you might miss some critical notification email from us.
